I just came across this video via @sacca via @sarahelabance, linked to in the article “How to talk to idiots” (which you should read). In this video, former Christian fundamentalist Frank Schaeffer discusses the American fundamentalist subculture and how to deal with them.

His suggestion?  Don’t.
