Tiger voted "athlete" of the decade?! Are we...
To be clear, I’m not griping about the fact that Tiger is one of the biggest let-downs in history. Furthermore, I’m not denying that Tiger is really, really ridiculously good at golf.
But it’s f*ing golf! It’s not a sport! Golfers aren’t athletes!

On Preparation
I had a meeting with a potential investor recently, for which I prepared a pitch deck and an extended executive summary.
Prior to my meeting, I went through every slide and every paragraph to make sure our story and our projections were air-tight.
I also had versions of both prepared in Keynote and Pages as well as in Powerpoint and Word. Then I made PDF versions of each, and for the pitch...

Creating an operating plan for 2010
Solid, timely advice from @bijan.

This time of year, many venture backed startups have created or are putting together their operating plan for 2010.
Few suggestions for early stage/pre revenue companies:
0. Keep it simple.
1. Start with the ending. What do you want to accomplish by the end of next year and why?
2. Set quarterly objectives
